Prior to her current role, she spent five years with Trustmark National Bank’s Wealth Management Group as a Personal Trust Relationship Manager. She has served in a variety of roles across sales office, operations, and executive support, including Teller, Personal Banker, Sales Manager/Administrative Assistant, and Executive Assistant. Swinea earned her MBA with a concentration in Human Resources Management from the University of North Alabama in spring 2026 and holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in Human Resources from Athens State University.
