Sheffield, Ala. – Friday, January 07, 2022 – Bank Independent, headquartered in Sheffield, Ala, is proud to announce the internal promotions of team members Heather McCollister, and Cynthia Webster.
Heather McCollister will serve as the new Officer –Sales Leader for the Muscle Shoals office. Heather joined Bank Independent in 1994 as a Teller. In her 27-year career, Heather has served as a Loan Assistant, Legal Assistant, Security Manager for Risk Management, Manager of the Digital Sales Office and most recently as the Sales Manager at the Muscle Shoals Sales Office. Heather is a graduate of the University of North Alabama with a bachelor’s in marketing and maintains membership in the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
Cynthia Webster has been promoted to Officer - Sales Leader at the Madison office. Cynthia has been with Bank Independent for over 20 years. She joined as a Teller in 2001 before moving into the positions of Personal Banker and then Sales Manager at sales office locations in Florence, Huntsville and Madison, Ala. In her new role, Cynthia will serve as both a consumer lender and sales manager of the Madison location.
