Bank Independent Promotes Hallie Mauldin



Sheffield, Ala. – Thursday, July 28, 2022 – Bank Independent, headquartered in Sheffield, Ala, is proud to announce the promotion of Hallie Mauldin to Community Engagement Leader.

We look forward to seeing her grow in the new role and lead our community engagement team.”

Mauldin joined the Bank through the BI Campus 2 Career (C2C) program in January of 2022 and is a fourth generation Bank Independent banker.  The C2C program is designed to provide high-potential candidates an immersive experience into the bank culture, extensive exposure to the differing departments as well as leadership and management development. C2C candidates utilize their education, skills, talent, and character to assist in determining, where upon completion, placement needs to be.

She graduated from Auburn University in 2017 with a bachelor's degree in Marketing.  Prior to joining the Bank, she worked for LAH Real Estate in Birmingham as an office coordinator.  She was recently selected to serve on the Young Alumni Board for the Harbert College of Business at Auburn. Over the last several months, Hallie has served asa Bank and C2C ambassador promoting banking career paths through college partnerships, the Bank’s intern program, Alabama Bankers Association career outreach opportunities, and as a working committee member for the Helping Hands volunteer programs which support community partners across North Alabama.
