Bank Independent is proud to announce the addition of Roland Adams as Assistant Vice President - Sales Officer for Madison County. Adams has spent the last six years gaining experience in the financial industry, focusing on community lending and building strong client relationships.

With experience in retail, construction, and supply chain logistics, Adams knows what it takes to run a successful business and can help business owners navigate growth and provide the financial support they need through tailored lending strategies.

Adams brings a collaborative approach to his role and a passion to help others succeed. He attended Samford University where he played for four years on the university’s football team.
