Bank Independent honored multiple First Responder groups in the month of April that included donations made to local charities from Bank Independent Team Members.
Team Members served First Responders from various groups in the Florence/Lauderdale County at a cookout on April 15. A $500 donation was made to the Lauderdale County Association of Volunteer Fire Departments.
Team Members served First Responders from various groups in Colbert County at a cookout on April 29. A $565 donation was made to the Nick Risner Scholarship Fund.
“Our first responders do so much to keep us safe, make a positive difference and serve our communities so it was an honor for us to serve them by providing lunch at our First Responders Cookout.” Jered Oden, Vice-President of Security for Bank Independent said. “Our team members were very proud to make a donation to two local charities that support the first responders in our communities.”
